Manny Pacquiao versus Keith Thurman Fight Time, Pay-Per-View info for welterweight title fight 2019. Manny Pacquiao returns to the ring for a huge matchup with undefeated Keith Thurman. Here's everything you need to know about the welterweight title fight. Picks, predictions from top-rated expert who's hit 3 straight fights.

When: Saturday, July 20 Time: 9 p.m. ET

Where: MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas

How To Watch: Fox Sports Pay-Per-View

Predictions are entered throughout the week and collected the day before the event. Explanations behind each pick are not required and some writers opt not to do so for their own reasons. For example, if Phil Mackenzie entered all of his predictions on Wednesday without adding in any explanations, he has no idea if he’s going to be the only one siding with one fighter for any given fight.

The 40-year-old Pacquiao (61-7-2) is taking on the 30-year-old Thurman (29-0, 22 KOs) in a battle of WBA welterweight title-holders. Both fighters are coming off victories — Pacquiao having defeated Adrien Broner in January while Thurman had his own decision win over Josesito Lopez in January. That fight for Thurman, however, was his first in 22 months as he had battled back from injury. Pacquiao had scored a TKO win over Lucas Matthysse and suffered a stunning decision loss to Jeff Horn during that time.

Manny Pacquiao warned Thurman that his boxing knowledge will be put to the test when they meet in the ring at the MGM Grand Garden Arena Saturday (Sunday, Manila time). “Tomorrow night, class is in session,” Pacquiao said through his longtime US publicist, Fred Sternburg.

Manny Pacquiao and Keith Thurman have each been the top welterweight in the world at one point in their careers. Both have also held multiple title belts in the division. Now, they'll look to scale the mountain yet again in a deep and crowded division. It all goes down on Saturday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

"This is a legacy fight,” Thurman said of his matchup with Pacquiao, noting all the boxing legend had accomplished in his career, including being a champion across six divisions. Pacquiao, for his part, is ready for the showdown at 147.

The WBA Welterweight title will be on the line as the 40-year-old Pacquiao (61-7-2) takes on the 30-year-old Thurman (29-0-1) in one of the most-anticipated matches on the 2019 boxing calendar. It's a battle of contrasting styles, with Pacquiao still using his speed and boxing acumen at 40 and Thurman looking to take advantage of height, reach and power advantages.

But the Clearwater, Florida-based fighter is expected to rely heavily on his power and boxing ability, which he had been amplifying by talking tough throughout the promotion of their WBA welterweight title showdown.

Pacquiao is the -165 favorite (risk $165 to win $100), up from an open of -140, while Thurman is a +142 underdog (risk $100 to win $142) in the latest Pacquiao vs. Thurman odds. Before you make your Pacquiao vs. Thurman picks for Saturday night's must-see match, listen to what SportsLine boxing expert Peter Kahn has to say.
